Phoebe Jarvis is a photographer from Los Angeles, California. Her work in portraiture is founded on her desire to connect viewers with the people in her personal life. Her images are defined by a nostalgic quality of a world currently lived in, accomplished through her use of 35 mm color film and strong flash.  Her work has most recently been displayed in The Weasel: A Literary Magazine and exhibited at MassArt’s photography show, titled “Muse”. She is currently obtaining her BFA in photography from Massachusetts College of Art and Design in Boston.
